The Northfolk Night Market
February 13-15, 2026 (for full dates/times, see their website: www.northfolknightmarket.com/)

"When winter’s chill settles over the orchard and the moon rises high, Red Apple Farm awakens as a world of firelight, folklore, and Viking myth. Wander through a torch-lit village where merchants trade their wares, performers stir ancient tales to life, and shadows dance beneath the pines. Join us for a weekend where marketplace meets myth, where every corner holds a story, and where you can feast, shop, explore, and lose yourself in the magic of the North Folk." -- From the website.

Allyson will be demonstrating Norse cooking styles and foods, and selling cookbooks. Come visit her!
